Our design process was created with one simple mission: To make your experience as a customer an absolute delight!
How Do We Work?
Firstly, we have made selecting your topper details a breeze on our website. From selecting skin tones, eye and hair colour to the accessories you need, our website has plenty of easily selectable examples you can refer to. Uploading photos is designed to be really easy.
But this is not the end of your involvement. In fact, is only just the beginning.
After you have placed your order, a member of our customer service team will be in touch to discuss the finer details of your order. Heads up – they will likely be pretty excited! After getting all the finer details, they will begin working with our artisans to create the first treatments of your topper. Remember, our toppers are totally customised meaning that every one is hand crafted and built to your specifications.
Throughout the process, you will receive photos of our progress. You can provide inputs that allow us to get the exact look and feel that you are after. We welcome the feedback as we want your topper perfect!
Once we have created the topper you will again receive photos to provide feedback on the colours and paint. We had one client recently who was so amazed with the detail they wrote back to us and said “I can’t believe you even captured my son’s three day stubble on his beard!”.
